兔抗大鼠/小鼠脂筏蛋白-1抗体
体积：100ug
介绍：筏蛋白富含胶质脂蛋白和胆固醇，它被提倡参与蛋白质分选的膜结构域。众所周知，许多信号转导分子聚集在那里。不像作为另一个膜的微区域的Cabeole，区分捕获和鉴定过的脂筏蛋白比较困难，因为该蛋白在细胞膜上连续移动，同时也因为该蛋白质的大小和结构是不稳定的。因此，为了鉴别，需要特定的脂筏蛋白的标记。Flotillin作为脂筏蛋白的组成成分，被建议作为脂筏的标记物。

纯化：用抗原肽纯化

形式：冻干粉，含有0.05％NaN 3及1％BSA的PBS

使用方法：在该产品中加入1.0ml的去离子水（浓度为：100ug/ml）

稳定性：冻干粉，2-8℃可保存5年；溶液状态，-20℃可保存2年。

Introduction : Raft is rich in sphingo-gliycolipids ａnd cholesterol, it is advocated as a membrane domain which participates in protein sorting, ａnd it is known that many signal transduction molecules are gathering there. It is difficult to distinguish catch ａnd identify Raft protein, unlike Cabeole which is another micro domain of membrane, because the protein moves continuously on a cell membrane, ａnd because the size ａnd the structure of the protein are labile. For this reason, the marker specific to Raft was required in order to identify. Flotillin is the composition ingredient of Raft ａnd the possibility as a marker of Raft is suggested.

Application: This antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry with formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues after microwave pretreatment (10 min, 10mM Citrate Buffer, pH 6.0) by several techniques such as Avidin Biotin Complex (ABC) Method. The optimal concentration is about 2 μg/mL, however, the concentration should be optimized by each laboratory.
 
: This antibody can be used for western blotting in concentration of about 2 μg /mL.
 
Specificity: Reacts with rat, mouse ａnd human Flotillin-1 (Confirmed by western blotting and Immunohistochemistry)
