Description Smooth Muscle Cell Growth Supplement serum free （SMCGS-sf） is a medium supplement designed for the optimal growth of human primary smooth muscle cells in vitro. It is a sterile, concentrated （100X） solution which contains growth factors, hormones, ａnd proteins necessary for the culture of normal human smooth muscle cells. The supplement is formulated （quantitatively ａnd qualitatively） to provide a defined ａnd optimally balanced serum free growth environment that maximally promotes the growth of human primary smooth muscle cells in vitro. The supplement is designed as an additive for smooth muscle cell serum free medium （SMCM-sf, Cat. No. 1111） ａnd should be used in conjunction with that medium.. Components SMCGS-sf is packaged in the quantity of supplement suited for a 500 ml bottle of smooth muscle cell serum free medium. SMCGS-sf consists of BSA, apo-transferrin, insulin, EGF, FGF-2, IGF-I, other growth factors （proprietary information）, lecithin ａnd hydrocortisone. Product Use SMCGS-sf is for research use only.
