Krebs Viscometer Ref 407/407A
The viscosity of non-Newtonian materials depends upon the
shear rate applied. The rotating paddle exerts a constant rate
of shear by means of falling weight, the size of this weight
being relative to the viscosity. The weight is gradually
increased until a paddle rotation of 200 RPM is achieved.
This speed is displayed on either an LCD display or indicated via a stroboscope.
All instruments comply to ASTM D562
