质量标准： 【产品介绍】Keratin polypeptides 8 a n d 18 （K8/18） 
are intermediate filament phosphoglycoproteins that 
are expressed preferentially in gl a n d ular 
epithelia. Cytokeratins play a critical role 
in differentiation a n d tissue specialization 
a n d function to maintain the overall structural 
integrity of epithelial cells （1-3）. Together with 
actin microfilaments a n d microtubules, keratin 
filaments make up the cytoskeletons of vertebrate 
epithelial cells, f o r ming alpha-helical 
coiled-coil dimers which associate laterally 
a n d end-to-end to f o r m 10-nm diameter filaments （4）.
