Introduction	Measles, also known as rubeola, caused by a virus, specifically a paramyxovirus of the genus Morbillivirus. To date, 21 strains of the measles virus have been identified. Measles virus （MV） is an enveloped, nonsegmented negative-stranded RNA virus of the Paramyxoviridae family.
Description	The E.Coli derived recombinant protein contains the large hemagglutinin immunodominant regions 1-30, 115-150 ａnd 379-410 amino acids.
Purification Method	Measles Mosaic protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity	Measles Mosaic protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE （coomassie staining）ａnd RP-HPLC.
Formulation	50mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 60mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione ａnd 50% glycerol.
Storage	Measles Mosaic protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -20°C.
Stability	Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.
Applications	Measles Mosaic protein can be used as an antigen in ELISA ａnd Western Blots. Immunoreactive with sera of Measles Virus infected individuals.
