| Introduction | AGR2 （Anterior gradient 2 homolog） is the human orthologue of the secreted Xenopus laevis Anterior Gradient protein （XAG-2）. This is a small, possibly secreted molecule of yet weakly defined functions that is widely expressed in human tissues. Expression of AGR2 shows a positive correlation with expression of estrogen receptor in breast carcinoma ａnd a negative correlation with expression of EGF receptor. |
