本试剂盒是既可从琼脂糖凝胶中，又可从PCR反应或其它各种酶促反应液中纯化单链或双链DNA片段的试剂盒

本试剂盒是既可从琼脂糖凝胶中，又可从PCR反应或其它各种酶促反应液中纯化单链或双链DNA片段的试剂盒，可有效除去酶蛋白、寡聚核苷酸引物、盐离子、dNTP等。吸附柱内采用独特的吸附材料，与常用硅胶膜相比，可更加GX、专一地吸附核酸分子。

使用本试剂盒操作简单方便，无需使用NaAC调节pH值，每次可纯化多至10μg的DNA片段（≥100bp)，纯化得率高达60～90%，可用20μl洗脱缓冲液进行洗脱，纯化得到的DNA片段可直接用于连接反应、PCR扩增、DNA测序等多种分子生物学实验。

Description
 
The MEGAquick-spinTM PCR & Agarose Gel DNA Extraction Kit is designed to recover or concentrate DNA fragments (87 bp~20 kb) from agarose gels, PCR or other enzymatic reactions. Up to 95% recovery is achieved depending upon the fragment size. PCR products are commonly purified to remove excess nucleotidesprimers.
 
 
Characteristics
 
1) Allows purification directly from PCR reactions or agarose gel slices
2) Purify DNA fragments or PCR products in as little as 20 minutes.
3) Up to 95% recovery of ready-to-use DNA.
4) Purify DNA fragments (87 bp~20 kb).
5) Purified DNA fragments are ready to use for PCR, sequencing, restriction digestion.

The first fraction(Lane 4.) showed app. 80% of recovery, but the recovery was increased up to 95% by repeated elution.
