德国SIFIN血清单克隆抗体

单抗制品即为单克隆抗体（Monoclonal antibody，简称McAb）制品，其由杂交瘤细胞生产，单克隆抗体其制品纯度高、专一性强、效价高，使用时可免除不同细胞及微生物种或株间血清学上的交叉反应，大大提高了诊断的特异性及敏感性。

单克隆抗体是由单一B细胞克隆产生的高度均一、仅针对某一特定抗原表位的抗体，称为单克隆抗体。通常采用杂交瘤技术来制备，杂交瘤（hybridoma）抗体技术是在细胞融合技术的基础上，将具有分泌特异性抗体能力的致敏B细胞和具有无限繁殖能力的瘤细胞融合为B细胞杂交瘤。

用具备这种特性的单个杂交瘤细胞培养成细胞群，可制备针对一种抗原表位的特异性抗体即单克隆抗体。
