Parker派克汉尼汾生产的液压阀TDA系列二通电液比例节流阀用于对大流量进行控制。下面我就对Parker派克TDA系列特点、功能原理做一个介绍!

????工作原理:
TDA型比例节流阀由三级组成。座阀型主阀由顺序阀芯通过阀应结构进行先导操控,比例电磁阀以力反馈的方式调节顺序阀芯的位置,这样,主阀芯的位置不会受到压差的影响,压差可以达到Z大的工作压力。先导控制流量大约为1V/min,工作的Z低压力为3bar。
流量的调节精度为0.5%,由http://www./st278094/于流量特性曲线是累进型的,因此在小流量区,该调节精度被改善为0.25%。全行程的调节时间约为25ms。当液流方向应为B向A,在初始关闭位置上,B问A为无泄漏,且在该初始位置上,无需先导控制流量。回油口处的压力不能高于100 bar。
