Gasdermin D蛋白抗体保存条件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-Gasdermin D抗体,Gasdermin D蛋白抗体抗原修FF法：

方法1：沸水浴修复，将盛有修复液和玻片的烧杯置于沸水浴环境，保持外部沸腾状态15min，自然冷却至室温。
方法2：微波修复，将盛有修复液和玻片的烧杯置于微波炉中，高火5min，停火3min，中火5min，自然冷却至室温。
方法3：高压修复，修复液加入高压锅加热至沸腾，放入玻片，封盖加压持续加热至喷气时开始计时修复2min，自然冷却至室温。
方法4：使用胃蛋白酶修复，将胃蛋白酶修复液加入到组织上，37℃，消化30min

免疫组化操作步骤：

（一）、仪器设备

1、 18cm不锈钢高压锅或电炉或用微波炉

2、 水浴锅

（二）、试 剂

1、 PBS缓冲液（pH7.2―7.4）

2、 0.01mol/L柠檬酸钠缓冲液（CB,pH6.0,1000ml）

3、 3%甲醇―H2O2溶液：用30% H2O2 和80%甲醇溶液配制

4、 风裱剂：

a. 甘油和0.5mmol/L碳酸盐缓冲液（pH9.0–9.5）等量混合

b. 油和TBS（PBS）配制

5、 TBS/PBS pH9.0–9.5，适用于荧光纤维镜标本；pH7.0-7.4适合光学纤维标本

（三）、操作流程

1、 脱蜡和水化：脱蜡前应将组织芯片在室温中放置60分钟或60℃恒温箱中烘烤20分钟

a. 组织芯片置于二甲苯中浸泡10分钟，更换二甲苯后在浸泡10分钟

b. 无水乙醇中浸泡五分钟

c. 95%乙醇中浸泡五分钟

d. 75%乙醇中浸泡五分钟

2、 抗原修复：用于固定的石蜡包埋组织芯片
