Prevail™色谱柱：从有机相到水相都稳定适用的分析柱
1：无论是高水比例还是高有机溶剂比例的流动相均可适用
2：对于高极性化合物，使用水溶液作为流动相，仍有极好的保留性与重现性
3：对于强疏水性化合物，使用有机溶剂作为流动相，仍有强保留，从而不必担心样品溶解性问题，对毛细管色谱柱分析和ELSD 应用有更高的灵敏度
4：无键和相塌伏问题
5：有适用于特定应用的专用键和相
使用同一根Prevail色谱柱，在水溶液流动相中保留极性化合物，在有机溶剂流动相中保留疏水性化合物。

在同一根Prevail色谱柱上进行近乎100％水相分析和100％有机相分析的切换表现
分析柱有机相到水相都稳定适用Prevail分析柱具有高度稳定的键和相，因此可以将同一根柱用于多个流动相条件的分析项目。如图所示，先在97％水溶液条件下分析高极性的水溶性维生素，再转到100％有机相条件下分析脂溶性维生素，再转回到97%水溶液条件下分析水溶性维生素，前后分离效果完全一致。注意：在水相和有机相之间转换时应确保前后衔接的流动相互溶。
