保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Adrenodoxin Reductase (ADX Reductase) is a mitochondrial flavoprotein that receives electrons from NADPH and thereby initiates the electron-transport chain serving mitochondrial cytochromes P450. ADX Reductase participates in cholesterol side chain cleavage in all steroidogenic tissues, steroid 11-? hydroxylation in the adrenal cortex, 25-OH-vitamin D3-24 hydroxylation in the kidney and sterol C-27 hydroxylation in the liver.
