     Anti-EIF2C抗体,真核翻译起始因子2C1抗体【产品介绍】：Ago1 belongs to the argonaute family and contains 1 PAZ and 1 Piwi domain. It is required for G1 arrest and mating in response to nitrogen starvation. It is also known as cell cycle control protein through it's regulation of cytokinesis and cell cycle checkpoints occurs downstream of dcr1. It is required, indirectly, for regulated hyperphosphorylation of cdc2. Ago 1 also has a role in the RNA interference (RNAi) pathway which is important for heterochromatin formation and accurate chromosome segregation. It has been shown to be non-essential for siRNA-directed target RNA cleavage but is needed for the production of mature miRNA that affects miRNA-directed RNA cleavage.

【保存条件】：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4°C.
