建材可燃性试验炉是判定在规定的条件下，建筑材料是否具有可燃性的试验方法，是根据国家标准GB8626规定的技术参数而研制的。

二、 仪器的工作环境及主要技术指标

1. 环境温度：15℃～25℃；

三、 式样尺寸：采用边缘点火90×190mm；采用表面点火90×230mm，每组试验需5个试件。

四、 试验步骤

Four, the test procedure

1. 检查仪器面板上的时间显示器设定值是否在标准值。

2. 接通电源、气源，把仪器面板上的“燃气开关”阀向右调到Z小，打开钢瓶阀门。

3. 打开电源开关，按“复位”键使燃烧器复位。

6. 按“运行”键，使燃烧器对试件施加火焰15s，施加火焰完毕后，燃烧器自动移去，计量从点火开始至火焰到达刻度线或试件表面燃烧火焰熄灭的时间，按“计时”键仪器面板上的时间显示器停止，并记录此数据。

五、 材料可燃性的判定

经试验符合下列规定的建筑材料均的确定为可燃性建筑材料：

1. 对下边缘未加保护的试件，在底边缘点火后开始后的20s内，五个试件火焰尖头均未到达刻度线。
