导电银笔Conductive Silver Pen
导电银笔可以随时方便的制造银导电轨迹，适合SEM样本制备。特制的阀门可以保证银轨迹平滑且不易堵塞。每只笔可以生产100英尺的轨迹，银含量在39％-45％之间。

Use Procedures
Drying : Air dry in 3-5 minutes at room temperature. Maximum air dry conductivity after 20-30 minutes. Heat cure in 3-5 minutes at 250-300°F （121-148°C） for maximum conductivity.
Soldering : 350°F（176°C） for<5 seconds after heat cure. Use low temperature solder and a low temperature soldering iron for best results. Hand soldering at higher temperatures is not recommended.
Traces : Standard tip traces as narrow as 1/26” in width.
Amoun t: Approximay 100 feet of conductive repairs, jumpers and shielding
Shelf Life : six months from first use. Unopened shelf life is 18 months from manufacture
