1．洗板 固相免疫测定技术是一种非均相免疫测定技术，需以洗涤操作将特异结合于固相的抗原或抗体与反应温育过程中吸附的非特异成份分离开来，以保证ELISA测定的特异性。洗板对于ELISA测定来说，也是极其关键的一步。洗液尽量不要溢出孔外；加洗液后要静置1分钟，甩去板孔中洗液后，一定要大力拍干；及时更换吸水纸，尤其是拍过酶标记物的吸水纸一定要弃去，否则可能影响试验结果。
