深圳维尔克斯光电提供Solar laser OPO 光参量振荡器 ns 脉冲光光学参量振荡器 LP603 LP605。Solar laser systems公司提供GX光参量振荡器（OPO），LP603是其代表作。该产品采用355nm光作为泵浦源，非线性转换效率高达35%。，波长调谐范围为410~2500nm。线宽从0.1nm~1.8nm，因此，还可获得高的倍频效率，倍频光调谐范围是210~420nm。采用特殊的非线性晶体，Z高可获得20μm波长输出。同时还可选配内置微型光谱仪用以监控波长，使用方便。
