全新的 Agilent InfiniiVision 3000 X 系列示波器具有100 MHz ～500 MHz 的带宽，以及超越模拟示波器的波形捕获率，高达1百万个波形/秒，配合可变余辉等显示方式，揭开了数字示波器的新篇章。首次，而且是以选件的形式，将16个逻辑分析仪通道、函数信号发生器和串行协议解码（用硬件实现）集成到同一台示波器中。
 
Agilent InfiniiVision X 系列示波器拥有三大明显特征：
  • 在观察信号方面，技术突出：InfiniiVision X 系列提供同类产品中Z快的波形捕获率――每秒1百万个波形――以及第四代 MegaZoom 快响应深存储技术，无论存储深度是深还是浅，都Z大限度缩短死区时间保持出色的响应速度。另外，InfiniiVision X 系列配备了 8.5 英寸 WVGA 显示屏，显示面积是同类示波器的两倍。重量轻（仅 3.85千克），体积小（宽 38厘米，深约14厘米），节省测试台上的空间。
  • 四合一仪器提供的强大功能可以完成更多任务：除了出色的示波器性能之外，InfiniiVision X 系列示波器还集成了逻辑分析仪通道（选件），函数信号发生器、串行协议分析仪（于 3000 X 系列），使用户可以时间相关地同时观察数字和模拟信号；对被测对象施加激励信号，集成的函数信号发生器（选件）；对串行信号进行实时解码（3000X的串行信号解码是用硬件实现的）。
  • 通过升级选件获得更多投资保护：InfiniiVision X 系列是同类产品中*可完全升级的（包括带宽可升级）示波器，工程师和技术人员可以根据当前的需要进行采购，日后还可以根据项目发展的需求进行升级。
多种测量软件套件可以在购买时或在未来有需要时再进行补充：
- 用于激光脉冲、雷达猝发和串行数据包分析的分段存储功能；
- 硬件实现的模板测试。可使用已知的正确或标准波形进行快速的合格/不合格分析；
- 针对 I2C、SPI、CAN、LIN、I2S、RS-232 和其他 UART 串行信号解码和触发（在 InfiniiVision 3000 X 系列上实现，是用硬件实现的）。
