用于定量检测人血清、血浆及相关液体样本中人白介素2的含量。
人白介素2Elisa试剂盒工作原理：
本试剂盒采用双位点夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA），测定样品中人白介素2的水平。向预先包被人白介素2抗体的酶标孔中加入标准品、待测样本和HRP标记的人白介素2抗体，经过温育和洗涤，去除未结合的组分，然后再加入底物A、B，产生蓝色，并在酸的作用下转化成Z终的黄色。颜色的深浅与样品中人白介素2的浓度呈正相关。
