SpCrossreactivity
The SSB/la antigen, used for coating ELISA plates, has been purified from calf and rabbit thymus cytosol through a combination of immunoaffinity chromatography and other biochemical techniques. The purified preparation does not contain any detectable SS-A, Sm, nRNP, Scl-70, and Jo-1 antigens by sensitive ELISA technique. This kit measures anti-SSB toal Ig?s （IgG, IgA, and IgM） as the conjugate supplied in the kit is anti-mouse IgG （H+L）-HRP conjugate. It is possible to use isotype specific anti-mouse Ig, such as anti-mouse IgM or anti-mouse IgG1-HRP, to measure isotype specific antibodies.
