规 格：0.1ml，0.2ml 浓 度：1mg/1ml（Preservative: 15mM Sodium Azide, Constituents: 1% BSA, 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4）
抗体的溶解方法：1：用移液器加 0.1ml 双蒸水到试管内，混匀，-20℃保存。若为其它规格（如：0.2ml）的冻干粉抗体，则加与标签上规格一致的（如：0.2ml）双蒸水溶解，混匀，-20℃保存。 2：用移液器加 0.05ml（规格的 50%）双蒸水到试管内，再加 0.05ml（规格的 50%）的甘油到试管内，混匀，-20℃保存；若为其它规格（如：0.2ml）的冻干粉抗体，则加标签上规格的 50%（如：0.1ml）双蒸水，再加标签上规格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混匀，-20℃保存。
溶解要求：抗体溶解后，将其分装成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗体为例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支），-20℃保存，用一支取一支，避免反复冻溶。另：预试验可做几个梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀释，如果背景高，还可再稀释，选一个佳的稀释比例，再正式做，效果。相关标记 Alexa Fluor 350 Alexa Fluor 488 Alexa Fluor 555 Alexa Fluor 647 AP APC Biotin Cy3 Cy5

保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
