描述：4-Hydroxy Propofol 1-O-β-D-Glucuronide is a metabolite follwoing rapid clearance of Propofol linked with glucuronidation by the uridine diphosphate glucuronosyltransferases, which is also modified at position 4 with a hydroxy group. Propofol is a phenol derivative that is suggested to modulate the sensitivity of capsaicin to the transient receptor potential vanilloid subtype-1 (TRPV1) receptor. TRPV1 is a Capsaicin receptor that behaves as a non-selective cation channel that is mainly found in the sensory neurons, and specifically detects painful stimuli, low pH and heat.
