    描述：Guanosine 3′,5′-cyclic Monophosphothioate, Rp-Isomer sodium salt is an inhibitor of cGMP-dependent protein kinase (PKG) 1α (cGMP antagonist). Guanosine 3′,5′-cyclic Monophosphothioate, Rp-Isomer sodium salt is resistant against mammalian cyclic nucleotid-dependent phosphodiesterases, it has no metabolic side effects and has low membrane permeability.
