    描述：BD 1063 dihydrochloride is a selective antagonist of the σ receptors. Along with the agonist BD 1047 , BD 1063 is demonstrated to attenuate the dystonia produced by the high affinity σ receptor ligands di-o-tolylguanidine and Haloperidol . BD 1063 and BD 1047 are described to have similar activity at the σ-1 receptor, and BD 1063 demonstrates less affinity at σ-2 than BD 1047. BD 1063 has been used as a tool to probe the relationship between the σ receptors and ethanol reinforcement.
