    描述：Albumin blue 580 potassium salt solution is an albumin detecting stain used in fluorescence assays. Studies indicate that this stain is useful to determine the presence of albumin in urine. Upon binding to albumin the dye exhibits a strong red fluorescence. In addition, the concentration of albumin in a sample can then be calculated from the emission intensity at 616nm.
