    描述：Astemizole-d3 is a labeled form of Astemizole which functions as a non-sedating type histamine H1-receptor anatagonist. Studies suggest that Astemizole-d3 inhibits channels encoded by the gene HERG in Xenopus oocytes via a voltage dependent mechanism. In addition, Astemizole-d3 blocks hEag1 K+ channels which in turn results in inhibiting the expression of cyclins D1 and E. Astemizole-d3 potentiates the anticancer activity of doxorubicin via inhibiting P-glycoprotein pump-efflux activity on human leukemia cells (K-562/DXR) in a dose-related manner.
