产品描述：	The CD105 antigen (endoglin) is a major glycoprotein of the vascular endothelium with a role in integrins and RGD receptors for endothelial cell adhesion. CD105 forms heteromeric complex with signaling receptors for transforming growth factor-beta. CD105 expression is restricted to endothelial cells in all tissues except bone marrow. Defects in CD105 are the cause of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia type 1 (HHT1).
