pLVX-DsRed-Monomer-N1 Description
Plvx-dsred-monomer-n1 is a HIV-1, a lentivirus expression vector that allows you to express your interest in gene fusion, DsRed Monomer, a single mutant red fluorescent protein Discosoma sp.. The gene was cloned to the polyclonal site (MCS), which was located upstream of the gene coding sequence of the monomer and expressed as N's monomer protein fusion protein. The expression of fusion protein is composed of constitutive activated human cytomegalovirus immediate early promoter (CMV), which is located in the upstream MCS only. Lentivirus particles come from vectors that allow the expression of red fluorescent protein monomer fusion protein in almost any type of cells, including primary cells. The DsRed Monomer indicates that the unmodified vector can be used to produce labeled viruses and optimize the infection protocol.
Plvx-dsred-monomer-n1 contains all the necessary virus processing units to reproduce incompetent virus production, as well as elements to improve virus titer, transgene expression and overall carrier function. The post transcriptional regulatory element (WPRE) of the groundhog hepatitis virus (HBV) promotes RNA treatment events to increase the nuclear exportation of the virus and transgenic RNA, causing the virus titer to increase the packaging cells and enhance the expression of your genes in the target cells. In addition, the vector includes Rev response element (RRE), which further increases the titer of virus and enhances the transport of spliced virus RNA into the nucleus. Finally, pLVX DsRed - monomer-n1 also contains a central polypurine channel (CPPT) element that increases the input of the virus genome in the process of target cell infection, leading to improved carrier integration and more effective transduction.
