Truncated DNA Adapter Kit

The Truncated DNA Adapter Kit for Illumina Set_A (12 Indices) is compatible with library constructions for NGS on the Illumina^R platforms. The truncated RNA adapters exhibit better ligation efficiency compared to the full-length ones due to the absence of adapter-dimers. Each kit contains 1 truncated adapter, 1 universal PCR primer, and 12 PCR index Primers from Index_1 to Index_12. In the use of truncated DNA adapters, a minimum number of 2 cycles is recommended in the PCR amplification to incorporate an index sequence and the P5/P7 universal sequences compatible with Illumina^R’s flowcell.
