It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of MPO / Myeloperoxidase as low as 7.8 picograms per milliliter.

Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between mouse MPO and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
