| 应用 | 尿激酶是一种蛋白酶,切割纤维蛋白溶酶原(plasminogen)形成纤溶酶(plasmin)。它结合到细胞表面受体（uPAR）,调节细胞粘附组织改建和迁移，同时也激活细胞内信号转导通路。尿激酶是由三部分域组成：同源于表皮生长因子（epidermal growth factor）的氨基末端域，是通过ZYkringle域结合到羧基末端的蛋白酶域。 |
