二、使用范围Using range
本试验机适用于PVC、PE、硅胶、橡胶等电线之被覆的针孔检查测试。使用于押出机生产线上检验或成品包装过程之检验，符合GB/T3048、9-94、UL1581检验标准。
This machine is suitable for PVC, PE, silicone, rubber covering of a pinhole test of electric wire and so on. Used for extruding machine production line inspection and product packaging process of inspection, in line with the GB/T3048, 9-94, UL1581 testing standard.
三、性能参数 The performance parameters
2.1、该机包括高压电源、试验电极、电压表、击穿报警及必要 的电气设施和连接线。
2.2、灵敏度：在5KV，其火花间隙短路状态下稳态电流≤60 μA;5KV被试验线材与珠链间隙大于2.5mm以上，时间为0.15s时，可检测出不良。
2.3、稳定性：在20次击穿次数时为。

四、安装 The installation
1、 安装时须将电极槽推置于与被测电线成一直线，线16导轮沟底与电线接触，调整螺杆使线在ZX正确位置。
2、电线必须从珠链里穿过。
3、机壳外部必须用3.5mm2之导线与其它附属设备之接地端子做良好接地施工17。
4、电极槽内被测试之电线，所含水份必须以吹拭器用气压除湿。

五、操作 operation
本机安装妥后须先装1电极槽之盖闭后，使安全开关接触，将计数器归零，将7电源开关置于“ON”位，8指示灯亮，按下高压

六、注意事项 Matters needing attention
1、 电极箱1可与2本体分开安装，但高压引线必须使用高压电线，不得使用同轴电缆。
2、 高压引线须使用绝缘保护。
3、 本体必须与机器设备连锁接地。
