    SpecificationsPublicationsReviewsImagesProduct DescriptionLS-F50837 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Pig IFN Beta / Interferon Beta in samples of Cell Lysates, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of IFN Beta / Interferon Beta as low as 25 picograms per milliliter.

    This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of pig IFN-B. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between pig IFN-B and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between pig IFN-B and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
