Description:This is human tumor suppressor protein p53 (368-393) monomethylated at Lys373 and biotinylated through a KGW linker at its N-terminus. Methylation at Lys373 is catalyzed by G9a and Glp lysine methyltransferases and is associated with inactive p53.
