During cerebellar synapse formation, essential for the formation and maintenance of parallel fiber and Purkinje cell synapses. This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse CBLN1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse CBLN1 and analogues was observed.
