关于ZWINT：
ZW10 Interactor is localized to the kinetochores from late Prophase to Anaphase and has a uniform distribution in the cytoplasm of Interphase cells. ZWINT interacts ZW10, MIS12 and NDC80 subunit of the NDC80 complex specifically during mitosis. ZWINT is a part of the MIS12 complex which is required for kinetochore formation and spindle checkpoint activity. In addition, ZWINT is required to target ZW10 to the kinetochore at prometaphase.

关于SLAMF6：
SLAM Family Member 6 (SLAMF6) is a 60 kD single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the SLAM subgroup of the CD2 family. Human SLAMF6/ NTB-A contains a 205 amino acid extracellular domain (ECD) with one Ig-like V-set and one Ig-like C2-set domain, a 21 amino acid transmembrane segment and an 84 amino acid cytoplasmic domain, with two immunoreceptor tyrosine-based switch motifs. SLAMF6 is a homodimer. SLAMF6 can interact with PTN6 and, upon phosphorylation, with PTN11 and SH2D1A/SAP. Phosphorylation-dependent NTB-A association with SAP is required for full production of IFN-γ by NK cells and independent of EAT-2 binding. It Triggers cytolytic activity only in natural killer cells (NK) expressing high surface densities of natural cytotoxicity receptors. On B cells, NTB-A modulates immunoglobulin class switching and the balance between tolerance and autoimmunity.

关于Legumain：
Legumain is a lysosomal cysteine protease which is a member of the peptidase C13 family. Though it is found in many tissues, it is highly expressed in the kidney, heart, and placenta. Legumain has a strict specificity for hydrolysis of asparaginyl bonds and can also cleave aspartyl bonds slowly, especially under acidic conditions. Over-expression Legumain in tumors is significant for invasion and metastasis. In addition, Legumain may be involved in the processing of proteins for MHC class II antigen presentation in the lysosomal/endosomal system and negative regulation of neuron apoptosis.
