  本抗体是用全长的GFP蛋白作为抗原免疫制备得到的单克隆抗体。
  本GFP抗体可以识别GFP以及GFP的一些突变体例如EGFP(enhanced green fluorescent protein)。

使用方法：
1、Western检测：
a.按照1:1000用相应的Western封闭液稀释抗体。
b.把经过封闭的蛋白膜与稀释好的一抗4℃缓慢摇动过夜或室温作用1小时，确保稀释的抗体至少能在摇动的瞬间覆盖蛋白膜。
c.按照Western的实验步骤进行后续的洗涤、二抗孵育、洗涤和检测等操作。

关于CD19：
CD19 is a single-pass type I membrane protein containing 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. CD19 is expressed on follicular dendritic cells and B cells. In fact, it is present on B cells from earliest recognizable B-lineage cells during development to B-cell blasts but is lost on maturation to plasma cells. CD19 primarily acts as a B cell co-receptor in conjunction with CD21 and CD81. Upon activation, the cytoplasmic tail of CD19 becomes phosphorylated, which leads to binding by Src-family kinases and recruitment of PI-3 kinase. CD19 Assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation. Defects in CD19 are the cause of immunodeficiency common variable type 3 (CVID3) which is a primary immunodeficiency characterized by antibody deficiency, hypogammaglobulinemia, recurrent bacterial infections and an inability to mount an antibody response to antigen.

Mouse HLA class II histocomp*(代"a")tibility antigen gamma chain (CD74), is a single-pass type II membrane glycoprotein which contains 1 thyroglobulin type-1 domain. Mouse CD74 shares 75% and 88% aa sequence identity with human and rat CD74, respectively. CD74 plays an important role in adaptive immunity, inflammation, and cancer. It plays a critical role in MHC class II antigen processing by stabilizing peptide-free class II alpha/beta heterodimers in a complex soon after their synthesis and directing transport of the complex from the endoplasmic reticulum to comp*(代"a")rtments where peptide loading of class II takes place.CD74 also associates with CD44 and binds with high affinity to the cytokine MIF, leading to inflammatory leukocyte responses, protection from tissue fibrosis, B cell proliferative and survival signaling, and the up‑regulation of angiogenic factors in endometrial stromal cells.
