关于PDIA3：
PDIA3 protein is also known as Protein disulfide-isomerase A3. It is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PDIA3 gene.PDIA3 is an enzyme that belongs to the endoplasmic reticulum and interacts with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin to modulate folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins. PDIA3 interacts with thiazide-sensitive sodiu*(代"m")-chloride cotransporter in the kidney and is induced by glucose deprivation. PDIA3 is part of the major histocomp*(代"a")tibility complex (MHC) class I peptide-loading complex (TAP1), which is important for formation of the final antigen conformation and export from the endoplasmic reticulum to the cell surface.

关于IL-12RB1：
Interleukin12 receptor subunit beta 1 (IL12RB1) is a type I transmembrane protein that belongs to the hemopoietin receptor superfamily. IL12RB1 can spontaneously form homodimers and -oligomers, which are able to bind IL12 with only low affinity. IL12 high affinity receptor complex is composed of two subunits designated IL12RB1 and IL12RB2. While IL12RB1 interacts with the IL-12p40 subunit, IL-12p35 is mainly connecting with IL12RB2. This receptor chain is also responsible for transmitting the IL12 signal into the cell. IL12RB1, to the contrary, is also part of the IL23R, where it interacts with the p40 subunit of IL23. IL12RB1 is expressed in activated T cells, NK cells and B cells.

关于Collectin-11：
Collectin-11 is a secreted protein that belongs to the COLEC10/COLEC11 family. Collectin-11 contains one C-type lectin domain and one collagen-like domain. Collectins play important roles in the innate immune system by binding to carbohydrate antigens on microorganisms, facilitating their recognition and removal. Collectin-11 binds to various sugars including fucose and mannose, but does not bind to glucose, N-acetylglucosamine and N-acetylgalactosamine. It has a higher affinity for fucose comp*(代"a")red to mannose. Collectin-11 binds lipopolysaccharides (LPS). It also involved in fundamental development serving as a guidance cue for neural crest cell migration. Defects in Collectin-11 are the cause of 3MC syndrome type 2 (3MC2).
