GL-L75万向排气罩安装使用说明

GL-L75 Installation instructions for universal exhaust hood

 

  • 功能特点（Function&Characteristic）：

1.   具有360度旋转调节方向之功能，以固定架为ZXZD活动半径可达1600mm。

²  360 swing device，the maximum active radius of the fixed frame is 1600mm.

2.   具有控制进入气流量之功能。

²  Control the entered air flow.

3.   固定架底面与装饰固定距离990mm，可伸缩500mm。

²  The installation base is 990mm from the decorative frame, scalable 500mm.

4.   易拆卸、重组及清洗。

²  Dismantled and assembled easily for cleaning.

 

二、零部件材质及使用说明（Material of Components and Using Instruction）：

  1. 关节：高密度PP材质，管路采用铝合金材质，可360度旋转调节方向。
  • Joint:High grade PP，Tube body: Made of Aluminium alloy material，to be 360 swiveled.
  1. 关节密封圈：高密度橡胶不易老化，安装在两关节内，起易旋转及密封作用。
  • Guiding ting: Low-friction treated rubber,installed between two joints,rotate easily and sealing.
  1. 支撑弹簧/关节连接杆：304不锈钢。
  • Center bolt:304stainless steel.
  1. 关节松紧旋钮：高密度PP材质，内嵌铜质螺母与关节连接杆锁合。
  • Adjustable joint knob: High grade PP with bronze nuts locking with center bolt.
  1. 气流调节阀：气流调节扭与挡风板均为高密度PP材质，用304不锈钢方棒连接，手动调节外部阀门旋钮，控制气流量。
  • Damper: both gas flow regulating button and wind board are high grade PP material, connected with 304 stainless steel bar, manually adjust the outside valve knob, control air flow.
  1. 拱形/杯形集气罩：直径375mm/200mm，高密度PP质成，红色、透明两种选择。
  • Dome/cup hood: Diameter 375mm/200mm, High grade PP, red and transparent for choose.
  1. 固定架：高密度PP材质，用M12膨胀螺钉固定于实验室屋顶。
  • Fixed frame: High density PP material, fixed to lab roof with M12 expansion screw.
