“VISION 218-D颗粒图像工作站”是济南维森与具有20年颗粒测试研究经验的济南微纳颗粒技术有限公司合作开发的产品之一（济南微纳公司同时也有销售，名称为WINNER99-D颗粒图像仪）。本产品采用的USB2.0/1394数字摄像机是国内机器视觉知名企业专门为维森OEM代工生产的高质量工业摄像机，具有成像质量好，性能稳定，寿命长等优点，绝非南方小工厂生产的低质产品。显微镜装置为专门销往韩国、美国的出口产品，镜体由国内专业工厂制造，配备原装进口光学镜片。通过维森的改造，更加适合对颗粒样品的观测和分析。

  “VISION 210-D Particle Image Workstation” is a special instrument which uses to examine and analyse the powers and particles. It can reflect the images of particle samples on the screen directly and provide convenience to observe, further more, it uses the method of image analysis principle to describe the “A Single Particle Data” and “Shape Parameters” and offer various parameters to different industries.

       VISION 210-D Particle Image Workstation is developed by Jinan Vision and Jinan Winner particles Technology Co., Ltd. which has particle-examining experiences over 20 years. USB2.0/1394Digital camera of this workstation is worked by well-known enterprises of vision machine, so it has a good image quality, stable performance, long life, etc. The Microscope is the specialized exports sold to South Korea, the United States; the mirror body is manufactured professionally and equipped with imported optical lenses. Through the improvements of us, this workstation is more suitable for observe and analyse to particle samples.

       Particle analysis software matched this workstation uses of a unique image analysis technology, combines with the theory of particles, the computer can analyse the “single property”, such as various equivalent sizes of samples and X, Y tangent, as well as the “shape parameter” including aspect ratio and the ball-type degrees. Through these data the user can understand the properties of samples and this has very important significance to scientific research and industrial production.
