EC3 Imaging System
The EC3 Imaging System is designed for imaging of chemiluminescent, fluorescent and colorimetric samples.
Key Features:
▪The EC3 Imaging System offers direct control for users who wish to change lens and darkroom settings by hand
▪A range of high resolution, cooled cameras ensure the best system for all fluorescent and chemiluminescent applications
▪Interchangeable emission filters are mounted on a five-position wheel. These filters control the emission wavelengths entering the camera.
▪Select the filter of choice by using the dial on the EC3 darkroom
▪The darkroom is completely light-tight for many applications including chemiluminescence
▪Overhead wavelengths
▪UV safe viewport enabling observation of samples while under UV illumination
▪UV timeout automatically switches off all UV light
▪UV safety interlocked door protects the researcher from UV irradiation
▪Height adjustable chemi tray and white light plate
▪Sample platform can be raised to enhance camera sensitivity
▪A range of 8-watt benchtop transilluminators are available. Choose from single, dual or 3UV wavelength models in a variety of filter sizes. The transilluminator can be pulled forward on the sliding tray for easy gel observation.
