关于NLGN1：
Neuroligin-1 is a single-pass type I membrane protein and belongs to the type-B carboxylesterase/lipase family. Neuroligin-1 involves in cell-cell-interactions via its interactions with neurexin family members.It plays a role in synapse function and synaptic signal transmission, and probably mediates its effects by recruiting and clustering other synaptic proteins. It may promote the initial formation of synapses, but is not essential for this.The protein also may be involved in specification of excitatory synapses.

Pterin-4-α-Carbinolamine Dehydratase (PCBD1) is the founding member of the Pterin-4-α-Carbinolamine Dehydratase Family. PCBD1 is involved in Tetrahydrobiopterin biosynthesis. It seems to prevent the formation of 7-Pterins and accelerate the formation of Quinonoid-BH2. Furthermore, PCBD1 regulates the homodimerization of the transcription factor Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 1 (HNF1) and enhances its transcriptional activity. Defects in PCBD1 are the cause of BH4-Deficient Hyperphenylalaninemia Type D (HPABH4D). HPABH4D is characterized by the excretion of 7-substituted Pterins in the urine of affected patients.

关于Serpin B9：
Serpin B9, also known as Cytoplasmic antiproteinase 3(CAP-3), is a cytoplasm protein which belongs to the large superfamily of serine proteinase inhibitors (serpins), which bind to and inactivate serine proteinases.Serpin B9 is an inhibitor of the granzyme B/perforin lytic pathway. It is expressed in normal mammary epithelial cells but not in most mammary carcinoma cell lines. These interactions are involved in many cellular processes, including coagulation, fibrinolysis, complement fixation, matrix remodeling, and apoptosis. Serpin-B9 expression in immune-privileged cells, APCs, and CTLs protects these cells against the actions of granzyme B, and when expressed in tumor cells or virally infected hepatocytes, confers resistance to killing by CTL and NK cells. Expression of increasing levels of Serpin-B9 in target cells may progressively inhibit immune surveillance by blocking NK and CTL-induced cytotoxicity through the perforin / granzyme pathway and then through the Fas / FasL pathway.
