关于Flt-3 Ligand：
Fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand(Flt3L) is a single-pass type I membrane protein and consists of 232 amino acids. Flt3L is a hematopoietic four helical bundle cytokine, structurally homologous to stem cell factor and colony stimulating factor. Flt3L synergizes well with a number of other colony stimulating factors and interleukins. Flt3L stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of various blood cell progentiors by activating FLT3.

Interleukin-11(IL-11) is a secreted protein and belongs to the IL-6 superfamily. IL-11 has been demonstrated to improve platelet recovery after chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia, induceacute phase proteins, modulate antigen-antibody responses, participate in the regulation of bone cellproliferation and differentiation and could be use as a therapeutic for osteoporosis. IL-11 stimulates the growth of certain lymphocytes and, in the murine model, stimulates an increase in the cortical thickness and strength of long bones. In addition to having lymphopoietic/hematopoietic and osteotrophic properties, it has functions in many other tissues, including the brain, gut, testis and bone.

关于Semaphorin 4B：
Semaphorin-4B is a single-pass type I membrane protein. SEMA4B is a member of the semaphorin family. The class 4 semaphorins are integral membrane proteins that are widely expressed throughout the nervous system. SEMA4B is a single-pass type I membrane protein and contains one Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain, one PSI domain and one Sema domain. Human SEMA4B is expressed in neurons. SEMA4B inhibits axonal extension by providing local signals to specify territories inaccessible for growing axons. SEMA4B negatively regulates basophil-mediated Th2 and humoral memory responses.
