人胰岛素重组蛋白是在大肠杆菌中重组表达的，是由两条链非糖基化多肽链组成的二聚体；每条多肽链包含有51个氨基酸，分子量为5807Da。该人胰岛素重组蛋白终由标准的色谱技术纯化出。

溶解：提供的人胰岛素(Insulin)产品为过滤灭菌的白色冻干粉末；该冻干粉末是从含1mg/ml人胰岛素(Insulin)的溶液（不含添加剂）中冻干产生的。我们建议加无菌的0.005N HCl以配制工作储存液到1 mg/ml。
保存：人胰岛素(Insulin)在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存。重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装（加载体蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃冻存。请避免反复冻融。

Insulin Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a two chain, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 51 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 5807 Dalton. Insulin is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.Source
