    Product DescriptionHuman PGE2 Enzyme Immunoassay High Sensitivity Kit
    Human PGE2 Enzyme Immunoassay High Sensitivity Kit is designed to quantitatively measure PGE2 present in serum, plasma, urine, saliva and tissue culture media samples. A PGE2 standard is provided to generate a standard curve for the assay. Standards or diluted samples are pipetted into a clear microtiter plate coated with an antibody to capture mouse IgG. A PGE2-peroxidase conjugate is added to the wells. The binding reaction is initiated by the addition of a monoclonal antibody to PGE2.Related Products
