  • TP53 (phospho S392) (Human) ELISA Kit is designed to detect and quantify the level of human p53 protein that is phosphorylated at serine residue 392. Since the amino acid sequence surrounding serine 392 is not conserved in mouse and rat p53, this ELISA kit can not be used for mouse and rat cells. This assay is intended for the detection of phosphorylated human p53 at serine 392 from cell lysate.
