    生化机理 Pravastatin, Sodium Salt is a competitive HMGCR (HMG-CoA reductase) inhibitor that potently blocks cholesterol synthesis (Ki ~1 nM). Pravastatin offers cardioprotection and also acts as an immunomodulator and as an inhibitor of ras p21 isoprenylation.
