关于Cadherin-17:
Cadherin-17 is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the cadherin superfamily. Cadherin-17 consists of one extracellular region containing seven cadherin domains and one transmembrane region but it lacks the conserved cytoplasmic domain. Cadherin-17 is expressed in the gastrointestinal tract and pancreatic duct. Cadherins are calcium dependent cell adhesion proteins and preferentially interact with each other in a homophilic manner in connecting cells. Cadherin-17 may have a role in the morphological organization of liver and intestine and involved in intestinal peptide transport.

关于TNFRSF10B:
TNFRSF10B is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily, and contains an intracellular death domain. This receptor can be activated by tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis inducing ligand (TNFSF10/TRAIL/APO-2L), and transduces apoptosis signal. The adapter molecule FADD recruits caspase-8 to the activated receptor and is required for the apoptosis mediated by TNFRSF10B. TNFRSF10B is expressed in a number of cell types, and to particularly high levels in lymphocytes and spleen. This single-pass transmembrane protein contains two cysteine-rich repeat units in its extracellular region, followed by a transmembrane segment and a cytoplasmic tail containing a typical “death domain”. TNFRSF10B expression is regulated by the tumor suppressor p53. It is also indicated that the activation of NF-kappa-B can be promoted by TNFRSF10B.

Interleukin-28B, also known as Cytokine Zcyto22, Interferon lambda-3, Interferon lambda-4, IFNL3, IFNL4, ZCYTO22 and IL28B, is a secreted cytokine which belongs to the IL-28/IL-29 family. IL-28 has also been shown to play a role in the adaptive immune response. IL28B has immunomodulatory activity and up-regulates MHC class I antigen expression. IL28B displays potent antiviral activity and antitumor activity. In addition, IL28B is a ligand for the heterodimeric class II cytokine receptor composed of IL10RB and IL28RA. The ligand/receptor complex seems to signal through the Jak-STAT pathway.
