服务介绍
Southern杂交技术是1975年由英国爱丁堡大学科学家Southern发明，故名。它广泛用于基因图谱的分析、基因组中某一基因的定性及定量分析、基因突变分析及限制性片断长度多态性分析（RFLP）等。Southern杂交的检测灵敏度可以达到2 ng。Southern杂交技术服务包括两个主要过程：一是将含有待测定核酸分子的混合物电泳后转移到固相支持膜（硝酸纤维素膜或尼龙膜）上，即印迹（blotting）；二是用同位素或非同位素标记的探针在一定的温度和离子强度下跟固定于膜上的待测核酸杂交（hybridization）并显色的过程。Southern杂交原理图如下：
