小鼠血管插管/给药导管

  • 大小鼠给药导管(血管、鞘内给药导管)主要用于大小鼠给药使用,可以配合ALZET胶囊渗透压泵,直接将鞘内给药导管埋入脊髓相应的位置,进行持续的、JZ位置给药;除了可以注射到脊髓鞘内,也可用于大小鼠血管,脑室和其他组织、器官的指定部位,进行持续的定量定位置给药。

    Specifications:

    PE导管
    PE微型导管在动物的埋管给YF面有广泛的应用。埋管的种类很多,最常见的是PE导管,根据内径和外径尺寸,有多种型号可以选择。可用于大小鼠的静脉插管、动脉插管;相关组织部位的埋管;可微透析实验中的采样、给药导管;可作为药物代谢试验中胆管插管等等。埋管可以作为一种比较好的实验干预方法。

    有多种规格的PE管和硅胶管(如下表)可以提供,其中包括国际上通用的PE10、PE20、PE50等导管,这些PE管可用在微透析、动物动脉插管、静脉插管、胆管插管、皮下植入埋管、侧脑室埋管、门静脉插管等实验中可以和注射器(针)、导管、微透析连接头Connector、luer Stubs等配合使用

    聚氨酯导管
    聚氨酯导管,PU给药导管(聚氨酯)由于良好的生物相容性以及不易引起血栓,使其在血管内导管领域有着广泛应用。相较于传统的硅胶导管,相同法式尺寸的PU导管管壁更薄的同时抗拉韧性更强,以至于它有更粗的内径。

    PU导管质地较硬,因此在置管开始会便于插入血管,后由于体温的作用,PU导管会软化一次,从而可更好的贴近血管走向,减少血管损害。

    由于高度的生物相容性以及不促凝性,聚氨酯导管成为血管内导管不二选择。与相同规格的硅胶导管相比,聚氨酯导管由于延展性高,管壁更薄,因而有着更粗的内径。植入最初,导管硬质便于插入血管,但是由于体温的影响会很快软化,从而不至于伤害血管。
